I had a huge leak in my basement and just puddles of water. I called restoration one and they sent out Jeff. He arrived quickly and got straight to work. He set equipment and got the drying process started. Over a day or two it’s really started to dry out and he was able to salvage most of the flooring. There was one carpeted spot that he could not salvage but the company took care of that and got me with a company to find the replacement and install it. I will for sure use this company again and again.
Our upstairs plumbing bursted and water damage all but destroyed our foyer ceiling. Anthony Whitis responded and was AMAZING. He put up clear plastic to block off the rest of the house, worked quickly and very neatly. When he was finished, I could not tell he had even been here. There was no mess, dust, or sheet rock anywhere on our staircase or floors. I am a property manager and work with a lot of after disaster companies. This company is under new employment if you would say, yes, Jason is still the owner, but he decided one day to clean house and start fresh. Since then, he has hired a couple employees who take their job seriously and always go above and beyond! My family recently used his company for some water damage on their home and the Technician who came was very professional and stated he treats every customer like family! Thats exactly what he did!
